Human centered design, research and creative strategy.
I’m an industrial designer turned interaction designer, turned design strategist, turned digital product designer. Over a decade of professional experience has given me a global perspective through positions in NYC, San Francisco and London, and projects based in Latin America and East Asia.
I currently design for our mobile consumer experience at Spotify in Stockholm. Prior to this I ran product, service and strategy projects as a design lead at IDEO in London.
A hybrid background has made me agnostic to industries and mediums – I’ve designed for assistive technology, public media surfaces, creative digital tools, media consumption, exhibitions, retail and education, in all formats from web, mobile, hardware, IoT and physical environments.
I base my design intuition on research into people’s needs. A human-centered process helps me tackle complex challenges in a structured way, while staying open to the inspiring quirks of human behavior.
